Nexus Biosolids to Energy & Advanced Materials (BEAM) converts any organic waste such as biosolids from wastewater, residential organic waste, and sargassum. The system utilizes patented advanced solid-state separation and drying, which recovers 70% more water than current mechanical processes and creates a high-energy carbon-free ORDF (Organic Refuse Derived Fuel). Nexus then harvests the waste heat and converts waste in biochar. Biochar is advanced soil amendment that is carbon negative, high water-efficiency, and organic fertilization profile.
